9:8. ஆகாபின் குடும்பமெல்லாம் அழியும்படிக்கு, நான் ஆகாபுக்குச் சுவரில் நீர் விடும் ஒரு நாய் முதலாய் இராதபடிக்கு, இஸ்ரவேலிலே அவனுடையவர்களில் அடைபட்டவனையும் விடுபட்டவனையும் கருவறுத்து,

9:8. ஆகையால், ஆகாபின் குடும்பத்திலுள்ள அனைவரும் மரிப்பார்கள். ஆகாப் குடும்பத்திலுள்ள எந்த ஆண் குழந்தையையும் உயிரோடு விடமாட்டேன். அந்த ஆண் அடிமையாக இருந்தாலும் சரி அல்லது இஸ்ரவேலில் சுதந்திரமுள்ள ஆளாக இருந்தாலும் சரியே.
